How do I know if I need hormone support and which capsules to take?

What is the recommended use? Can I cycle on and off these products, or should I take them continuously?
Detox and Balance should first be taken together for a 90-day period to experience the most benefits for hormonal support. Detox can then be phased out and repeated as needed. We recommend a repeating a 90-day detox cycle annually to support digestion and help your body develop a “shield” against toxin buildup. Balance should be taken continuously for best results.
How old should I be to take these products?
Can I take birth control alongside Balance and Detox? Are there any medications or conditions I should avoid while taking these?

Should I expect any side effects?
Due to Detox’s ability to enhance bile flow and support detoxification, some may notice mild GI upset, loose stools, or gas/bloating at the start.
