How do I spend my points?
You can redeem your points at checkout for discounts on your order or on free merch and wellness products via the “Redeem Now” section above!
100 points = $5
300 points = $15
500 points = $25
Do my points ever expire?
Yes, your points expire after 365 days of inactivity on our site. To prevent points from expiring, you just need to make a purchase!
Where can I see how many points I’ve earned?
Keep track of how many points you’ve earned by logging into your Wellness Club account!
What happens to my points if I return my order?
Once we’ve refunded your order, you’ll lose the points you received from that purchase.
Can points be used for subscriptions?
No, unfortunately rewards and points cannot be combined with our Subscribe & Save discount.
What types of receipt can I upload?
Only receipts from in-store purchases can be submitted for redemption. You can only submit 1 receipt at a time. Please note: Amazon.com, Target.com, Walmart.com purchases are not eligible for points.
How do points work if I’m an international customer?
Points are rewarded based on USD currency and will be automatically converted on your account.
How do I level up to a new tier?
Membership within tiers 2 and 3 are based on your annual spend on bloomnu.com. For example, those who spend $100 within 365 days will automatically be upgraded to the Self-Care Queen tier. Likewise, those who spend $300 in 365 days will level up to Pop Icon.
How long do I keep my tier status?
Your tier status is active for 365 days from the day you first entered it. In order to remain in your tier, you must spend the required minimum within the subsequent annual period.
