This product has become part of my daily routine. I get in unflavored and put it in my morning coffee in a shaker cup before I go to the gym. I've been using it for about 6 months and it definitely has helped with the bloating issue I was having. I've also noticed a difference in my skin but mostly for some reason my hair. It has grown longer since I started using this than when I was taking hair supplements. I gave it a "4" for mixability because the first couple months I tried stirring it with just a spoon and it worked ok but didn't dissolve all the way. The shaker cup was the key for me.
