This clear protein powder is delicious! It definitely takes some muscle to shake it up and get it mixed. I make it the night before and add ice to it the next day. It helps me to get my water in. I would highly recommend.
******side note****** I take a blood thinner and although I have found nothing in writing on the product, something in this product has altered my medication. So I suggest you seek your doctor’s opinion first!

I absolutely LOVE this protein! It has easily become my favorite, but I HATE the bag!!!!!!! It's so hard to get in and out of!!! Please change the package!!
