As someone who HATES the itchy feeling this pre workout is great! I definitely feel laser focused and my workouts feel better but don’t get any of the jitters or itchy skin. As for the flavor it tastes exactly like a sour peach ring it’s crazy 😂 caffeine content is little low but I think it’s the perfect amount for a short workout and you don’t get the crash after.
