How To Use

I had to come on here a give this pre workout a review because I’m a girl who’s never been able to use pre-workout because caffeine is pretty detrimental to my anxiety disorder. The only caffeine I can generally have is green tea caffeine, so I had to give this a try! I’ve been dragging with my lifts lately and I needed to figure something out.
First off, NO TINGLY FEELING! Thank goodness! I’ve tried other “natural caffeinated” pre-workouts in the past that just make me feel terrible.
This product definitely gives me an energy boost, but without the terrible side effects. I started by taking only a half scoop and even then, I noticed a difference in my energy levels. I’m now up to almost a full scoop and I feel like I’m back to my regular stamina in the gym!
If you’re like me and are super sensitive to caffeine, this is a great product for you! So happy to have found this. I’m also using the raspberry lemonade flavor and it tastes great! Nice and light and not weird after taste.

I’ve tried so many other brands of pre workout including “brands for women”. Either they made me cranky, have heart palpitations, couldn’t sleep at night, uterine contractions & bladder pain, kidney pain, no energy, just all the bad things. But THIS BLOOM pre workout is AMAZING! It overrides ALL of that. Gives me clean energy, FOCUS so I can finally get stuff done, no jitters, no pains, GREAT MOOD (with 3 boys including two teens I need that lol), no crash, and no trouble sleeping. I hope these effects last so I can throw all my other stuff in the trash. PLEASE don’t ever change the formula.

This pre work out is amazing. It gives me great energy and no jitters. I also noticed it suppressed my appetite. I bought mine at Walmart. I will definitely be purchasing it again and again and again 😁
