How do I know if I need hormone support and which capsules to take?

If your menstrual cycle is irregular or you struggle with PMS symptoms that affect your quality of life, then your hormones may be in need of some love and support!


Bloom Detox is perfect if you are just starting your hormone journey and have symptoms of digestive distress or toxin overload, such as persistent breakouts, fatigue, or bloat, or if you want to prep your body for deeper hormone support.


Bloom Balance is best used in tandem with Detox and should be taken if you have cycle-related symptoms such as period cramps, mood swings, or irregular periods.

What is the recommended use? Can I cycle on and off these products, or should I take them continuously?

Detox and Balance should first be taken together for a 90-day period to experience the most benefits for hormonal support. Detox can then be phased out and repeated as needed. We recommend a repeating a 90-day detox cycle annually to support digestion and help your body develop a “shield” against toxin buildup. Balance should be taken continuously for best results.

How old should I be to take these products?

Balance and Detox can be used by women above the age of 16, and should not be taken if pregnant or breastfeeding. As always, we recommend discussing supplementation first with your doctor before starting.

Can I take birth control alongside Balance and Detox? Are there any medications or conditions I should avoid while taking these?

We recommend consulting with your doctor before taking either of our Hormone Health supplements. It is best to avoid taking Balance without your doctor’s consent while actively taking hormonal birth control.

Should I expect any side effects?

Due to Detox’s ability to enhance bile flow and support detoxification, some may notice mild GI upset, loose stools, or gas/bloating at the start.

    Just started taking these

    Today is my first day of taking these products. I've tried everything and nothing is working. I am in distress bc my body is so out of wack. So in a few weeks I will edit my review and let y'all know if it's working. I suffer from weight gain. Belly bloating. Mood swings and fatigue. Acne which I never had. I have never had problems with weight. I've always been size 0 to 1 when I hit my 30s my weight has gotten so bad. 163 and I loose 20 lbs but I y to gain it back weeks later. I found this by searching the web and decided to try them sense they were at Walmart. Let's pray they help. My cramps are horrible and I just need a body reset.

    Game Changer!!

    Miracle in a bottle

    Ladies, I started by using bloom supergreens and was feeling 100% better as i came to believe after taking this supplement i had some nutrient deficiencies... because of how impressed i was with that product, i tried this one. I have endometriosis and have had 2 miscarriages and safe to say my hormones have been all out crazy. I have taken this for about a week now. I started my period yesterday and NO CRAMPS. not one!! I will be a happy customer of bloom for life.
