I normally have really bad cramps and bloating the 1st two days of my period and I still had bloating but I didn't have as much pain and cramping which is nice I felt like I could still do things. I know it sounds weird but I also think it shortened my period by a day I normally have it 6-7 days but it was pretty much done and over with in 5.
